I hereby assign to the Limerick Sings International Choral Festival / University Concert Hall all rights including copyright and performers’ rights, to the extent permissible under Part III of the Copyright & Related Rights Act 2000, that it may have in any photography, recording or live broadcast in any format (including but not limited to filming) of performances by me and my choir made by the Limerick Sings International Choral Festival / University Concert Hall under this Agreement. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, these rights will include the right to commercially exploit any such recording/filming/photography in any format and/or medium (including but not limited to the internet) without payment to the Artist.

I agree that all choir members and others travelling with the choir will follow all Festival Health & Safety procedures, and will adhere to guidance from the Festival Team at all times. I agree that all members of my group will follow any COVID-19 public health guidelines in place during the Festival, along with additional measures that may be required by the Festival and/or specific venues, which may include wearing facemasks.
